Office Hours

Our offices are open 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday. We are closed on weekends and Holidays. Please see the Directions section for our office location.


Premier Ob/Gyn, LLC works closely with our patients and a broad range of insurance carriers to facilitate the reimbursement process. We will file insurance claims for you if required by your insurance plan. For our Medicare and HMO/PPO patients, we accept the contracted payment for our fees, excluding your deductible and co-payment (if applicable). For private pay patients, we require that you pay for your services at the time of your visit unless other arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. an.

To schedule an appointment, please call (301) 352-4007 during office hours. Please inform us of the reason for your visit so we can schedule the right amount of time to see you. Routine annual examinations can be scheduled several months ahead. Our staff will send you a card to remind you of your appointment.

Inclement Weather Policy

If our office is closed for a full day or part of a day (delayed opening or early closing) due to inclement weather, we will take the following actions to alert our patients: Staff will attempt to contact each patient directly by phone. However, please call the office to reschedule your appointment if we don't reach you and always call the office prior to coming in for an appointment if we are experiencing severe storms or other inclement weather.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible, so that we may accommodate other patients and reschedule you for a more convenient time. Please contact our office 48 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel the appointment. If you do not notify our office of a cancelled appointment or do not show up for the scheduled visit, there will be a $25.00 missed appointment fee applied to your account.

Laboratory Services

For your convenience, we are pleased to be able to offer you on site blood procurement. At the present time, BioReference is our laboratory of record. If your insurance company requires that you use another lab, you must inform us, prior to leaving our office, or laboratory services will be billed directly to you.

After Hours Information

If you have an urgent medical problem after hours, please call (301) 352-4007. Our answering service will take your phone number and brief description of the problem, so that a health care professional can return your call promptly. If you believe the situation is life-threatening, do not delay. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We will be contacted by the hospital staff.


All patients are seen on a scheduled appointment basis. We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when you need to cancel an appointment. Deliveries, urgent surgeries and emergencies occasionally require us to reschedule your appointment. When you make an appointment, please provide home and work phone numbers, so you may be reached, if necessary to reschedule. Please feel free to call us prior to leaving for your appointment to determine any delays.

Children Who Accompany You

Even the best behaved child may have a restless day. We ask that you respect our patients and remove disruptive children to the lobby or outdoors. Please do not leave children unattended when you are in consultation with the doctor. Unfortunately, we do not have staffing to provide babysitting services during your exam.

Payment Policies

For your convenience, we accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Patients who are self-pay or are insured through a company with which we do not participate are required to pay in full at the time of service. All co-pays are also required at the time of service. Payments that do not clear the bank and or are not credited to our account for any reason will be charged a processing fee of $3.00 and a bank fee of $40.00.

Obstetrical patients are required to pay in full by the 28th week of pregnancy any part of our fee determined to be patient responsibility by your insurance company. You must notify our office immediately of any changes in insurance coverage that occurs during the pregnancy. Questions should be directed to our billing office.

Please feel free to contact our billing office or our office manager for fee schedules, concerns, problems or difficulty with payment. We will do our best to come to mutually satisfactory payment plans that will allow us to provide uninterrupted medical care.
